Keyboarder and producer DAVID FOSTER, guitarist JAY GRAYDON and singer TOMMY FUNDERBURK are without a doubt three of the most talented musicians in the westcoast scene. They came together in 1980, founded the project AIRPLAY and released one of the best albums and a true cornerstone in the history of Westcoast. Learn More
  2. BLISS BAND - Neon Smiles (JAP CD, special edition, digitally remastered)

BLISS BAND - Neon Smiles (JAP CD, special edition, digitally remastered)

    €18.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

In its place the sound was more varied, recalling the likes of Chicago, Night Ranger, Toto and a cast of hundreds of AOR bands. The entire album was commercial in an '80s AOR fashion, but abandoning their Doobies / Steely Dan infatuation certainly didn't help them in the originality department. Learn More
  3. BOULEVARD - Blvd. (digitally remastered)

    BOULEVARD - Blvd. (digitally remastered)

    €13.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

The resultant 10 track collection an understated masterpiece of smooth AOR/melodic rock.. that's obvious to all those who have heard it. An excellent outfit for sure, and even after 2 albums and 19 years of absence, BLVD/Boulevard still hold a special place in the musical hearts of many. Learn More
  4. BOULEVARD - Into The Street (digitally remastered)

BOULEVARD - Into The Street (digitally remastered)

    €13.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

For this 'Into The Street' effort released two years later, the sound is full on melodic rock somewhere close to the territory that a band like Diving For Pearls operated in. Very thoughtful and well put together melodic rock arrangements, and for the most part, they are all strong that I'm scratching my head trying to find a weak one. Simply one of the best AOR albums out of Canada – buy it by sight ! Learn More
  5. CHAMPLIN, BILL - Runaway (Japan SHM CD, digitally remastered)

CHAMPLIN, BILL - Runaway (Japan SHM CD, digitally remastered)

    €20.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Learn More
  6. CHAMPLIN, BILL - Single (Japan CD, special edition)

CHAMPLIN, BILL - Single (Japan CD, special edition)

    €9.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

It’s little surprise that many of the musicians who performed on "Silk Degrees" also performed on "Single". Incidentally those musicians who appeared on both Single and on Scagg’s "Silk Degrees" (Steve Lukather, David Hungate, Steve Porcaro, David Paich, & Jeff Porcaro) created a band of their own, Toto, and released a self-titled debut between working with Scaggs on "Silk Degrees" and Champlin on "Single". 7. FAR CRY - The More Things Change (JAP CD, digitally remastered)

FAR CRY - The More Things Change (JAP CD, digitally remastered)

    €18.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Their 2nd effort went under the FAR CRY moniker, with a big budget at hand and top session musicians contributing, including guitarists Mark Doyle, Elliott Randall, Donald Fagen on backing vocals & more. It basically comprises the early '80s smooth melodies of those year's successful FM Radio / AOR West Coast style: melodic, smooth, easy listening and plenty of sweet harmonies. Digitally remastered. 8. FORD, DWAYNE - Needless Freaking (Japan CD, special edition)

FORD, DWAYNE - Needless Freaking (Japan CD, special edition)

    €18.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

The word "Classic" was made for this album as it sits close to the AIRPLAY debut or David Roberts "All Dressed Up".. With a cast of musicians that includes David Foster, Steve Lukather, Jay Graydon, Mike and Jeff Porcaro and Mike Baird; a production that sounds like a million dollars (courtesy of Ford, Foster and Ken Friesen) and eight of the best songs to ever grace the Westcoast genre, this album should have made Dwayne Ford a household name. Learn More
  9. GOWAN - Gowan (digitally remastered)

    GOWAN - Gowan (digitally remastered)

    €16.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

The album spawned two medium charting singles "Give In" and "Keep Up The Fight" (which also became a video). The album floundered into immediate obscurity and Gowan found himself without a direction. Learn More
  10. GUIDRY, GREG - Over The Line (Japan CD, special edition)

GUIDRY, GREG - Over The Line (Japan CD, special edition)

    €9.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

What we have on offer are a tremendous selection of softer, mellower AOR songs, ideal for radio. All in all, this is an excellent slice of mellow AOR/West Coast, right up there among the David Roberts/Ambrosia/John O'Banion of this world. It was most saddening to hear of Greg Guidry's death on August 2003, from an apparent suicide. Greg was 53 years old. Digitally remastered. Learn More
