  1. 2AM - When Every Second Counts +1 (digitally remastered)

2AM - When Every Second Counts +1 (digitally remastered)

    €16.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

2AM was an English based duo courtesy of vocalist Dave Lloyd (Nutz/Rage) and guitarist/songwriter Mark Thomas. The high-tech AOR duo delivered their one and only album in 1987, before splitting in 1988 after being dropped by their label RCA, leaving behind a true classic that fans have traded audio copies over the last 30 years. Unfortunately, there is a sad side to this reissue. Mark Thomas was only recently discovered to have passed away several years ago after dropping out of the industry many years earlier. With a sound somewhere between MR. MISTER, STABILIZERS and THINK OUT LOUD „When Every Second Counts“ was initially released on CD, but almost impossible to find. Limited edition of 500 copies ! 2. 5IVE YEARS GONE - Rock'N'Roll Rebirth

    5IVE YEARS GONE - Rock'N'Roll Rebirth

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

5IVE YEARS GONE from Italy offer easy-going rock in the vein of more recent BON JOVI or BRYAN ADAMS. Nice songs, some of which are really good and the rest is never below average. Tracks like “Mary Jane“ and “Scars Of Love“ provide a good impression of the sound of the record. There’s still potential, therefore, the album title might be a bit too ambitious, though. Vocalist Paolo Cernic is reminiscent of TOM PETTY at times. Learn More
  3. ADELLAIDE - Deja Vu

    ADELLAIDE - Deja Vu

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Brazilian melodic rock act Adellaide surprised with their promising debut EP in 2016 and a year later with a full length effort, and the follow up “New Horizons” (2019) showcased an even more confident band both in songwriting and performances. Theird third full strike “Déjà Vu” proves again that ADELLAIDE are one of the frontrunners when it comes to first class AOR from South America. Frontman Daniel Vargas is a guy with a privileged voice, a fantastic tone for the style that perfectly fit these melodious compositions. “Déjà Vu” is a superb slice of AOR / Melodic Rock for the lovers of exotic AOR- and melodic rcock stuff. 4. ALIAS - Alias +4 (digitally remastered)

ALIAS - Alias +4 (digitally remastered)

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Alias were the merger of personnel from two of Canada's best melodic rock bands, namely Sheriff and Heart - two parts Sheriff meets three parts Heart. At best, a virtual supergroup in the true AOR/melodic rock mould, featuring the talented vocalist Freddy 'The Siren' Curci. On paper, this amalgam promised much, on record it was put to the test and passed with flying colors. Not only do they play the part but they also look the part, in true AOR fashion. Of course we all remember the worldwide smash hit 'More Than Words Can Say', but also we cannot forget the re-work of the Brett Walker classic 'Waiting For Love' and the punchy rock of 'Standing In The Darkness'. Digitally remastered re-issue from Bad Reputation records. Learn More
  5. ALICATE - Butterfly

    ALICATE - Butterfly

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

“Butterfly“ is the fourth album of the band. Die Swedes are no newcomers anymore although until now they flew under the radar and vocalist Jonas Erixon is an experienced songwriter (GIANT, SKILLZ, SWEET OBLIVION), too. The title track is a fantastic and extremely melodic and emotional song that sticks out but also the rest of the tracks are mostly way above average. And they are able to rock like “Rise Once Again“ proves which is reminiscent of ECLIPSE. Learn More
  6. ALIEN - Into The Future

    ALIEN - Into The Future

    €7.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

ALIEN is back with a new album. The Swedish outfit around Jim Jidhed (v), Tony Borg (g) and Toby Tarrach (d) sound unexpectently heavy and really rock like hell. But at the end of the day, it’s Jidhed’s voice alone that makes AOR freaks smile broadly. Tracks like “Night On Fire“, “Time Is Right“ or “Freedom Wind“ might be classified as classic ALIEN material, even though definitely heavier but the opener “You Still Burn“ definitely surprises even more, like “Really Wheeling It“ does. Really heavy guitars and a contemporary production are nothing but bridging the gap from eighties AOR to hard rock today. Learn More
  7. ALLEN/OLZON - Army Of Dreamers

    ALLEN/OLZON - Army Of Dreamers

    €17.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Two great voices are showcased here by Magnus Karlsson (g, PRIMAL FEAR, ALLEN/LANDE). Anette Olzon (THE DARK ELEMENT, ex-NIGHTWISH) and Russel Allen (SYMPHONY X) fully deliver here vocally. Style-wise pretty reminiscent of ALLEN/LANDE or AVANTASIA which comes as no surprise. Let alone songs like “Are We Really Strangers“ or “Out Of Nowhere“ shine. Obviously everything Mister Karlsson touches seems to work out really fine. Learn More
  8. ANIMS - God Is A Witness

ANIMS - God Is A Witness

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

ANIMS from Italy and their heavy rock on “God Is A Witness“ will make you listen. The record rocks for a good part but offers some slower moments as well (“Live For Somebody“). Female singer Elle Noir knows her job well. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Roberti Priori (DANGER ZONE). The songwriting is still not perfect but one or the other real highlight (“Boring Lovers“ or “The Dancers“) can be found here, though. Learn More
  9. ARKADO - Never Say Never

    ARKADO - Never Say Never

    €2.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

“Never Say Never“ is great stuff for fans of ROULETTE, SAPPHIRE EYES or AGE OF REFLECTION, too. An acoustic version of the title track ends the album in a very high manner. Learn More
  10. ART OF ILLUSION - X Marks The Spot

ART OF ILLUSION - X Marks The Spot

    €7.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

ART OF ILLUSION is a collaboration of the two Swedes Anders Rydholm (g/b/keys, GRAND ILLUSION, CODE) and Lars Säfsund (v, WORK OF ART, LIONVILLE, ENBOUND). Perfect stuff for fans of LAST AUTUMN’S DREAM, LIONVILLE, ART NATION and CWF and from WORK OF ART and GRAND ILLUSION foremost, of course. “X Marks The Spot“ definitely is one early highlight of the year.
