BLACK PAISLEY - Human Nature (digi pack)

    €16.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Amazing classic rock from Sweden, that’s what you can expect from “Human Nature“. Album number four of BLACK PAISLEY takes the sound of well-known classic acts like WHITESNAKE, SCORPIONS or THUNDER, adds some contemporary production and elements and takes it to another level and is easily recognizable. No fillers whatsoever and with lots of different shades sonically - just as human nature, too. Learn More
  2. BLUE TEARS - Blue Tears (digitally remastered)

BLUE TEARS - Blue Tears (digitally remastered)

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Blue Tear's 1990 self-titled album is a wet dream for melodic rock lovers. The band took the best elements of Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Winger, Danger Danger and Firehouse and it managed to release an outstanding album full of great songs. Singer Gregg Fulkerson's vocals are wonderful, the guitars are fantastic and the hooklines of the album are just superb like a mix of Def Lep's "Hysteria" and Bon Jovi's "Slippery When Wet". Just a pity that MCA Records didn't promoted the album properly (like so many other great albums!!), cause it deserved to be huge. Gregg Fulkerson later produced Michael Sweet's solo album (1994) and he died unexpectedly in 2009. Digitally remastered re-issue from Bad Reputation records. Learn More
  3. C.O.P. - Enemy

    C.O.P. - Enemy

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

“Enemy“, album number two of the Swedes (ex-GRAND ILLUSION, DECOY), offers typical Scandinavian pompy melodic rock / AOR. Best stuff for fans of ART OF ILLUSION, GRAND ILLUSION or WORK OF ART. Brothers Peter (v) and Christian Sundell (d) as well as Ola af Trampe (g) know what they are doing and totally deliver first class material for melodic rock lovers. Well, hope they don’t need another seven years for their next album! Learn More
  4. CHERRY ST. - Cherry St.

    CHERRY ST. - Cherry St.

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Cherry St. was formed in California by Michigan natives Tom 'Monroe' Mathers & Don ‘Spinner’ Korbecki in 1989 after recruiting Chris Van Dahl on vocals and Taz on guitar. Within a year Cherry St. released a 3 song demo distributed by Important/Relativity that sold over 8000 units worldwide. At various periods the likes of Jamie Scott of Tyketto and even Tigertailz vocalist Steevi Jaimz have been members, however brief their stay. This selftitled debut (1992) was the first release on Perris Records and it's a perfekt example for first class US hair metal. The original CD sells at crazy prices at Ebay, this a strictly limited re-pressing of 500 units from Perris Records. Learn More
  5. CRANE, STEPHEN & SCIACQUA, DUANE - Big Guns

CRANE, STEPHEN & SCIACQUA, DUANE - Big Guns

    €2.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

“Big Guns“ is the second STEPHEN CRANE album, who was able to stir up the scene with his debut “Kicks“ in 1984. The follow-up “Big Guns“ was planned as a real band effort but once again for various (business) reasons the album was shelved. Lots of songs in the vein of SURVIVOR, THE EAGLES or even HUEY LEWIS & THE NEWS. Well produced and equipped with a couple of potential hit singles (e.g. “Waiting For The Night“ or “Touch Of Magic“), this record offered everything that was needed back in the day and therefore, of course, in the given genre of (melodic) hardrock and AOR as well today. Duane Sciacqua on guitar absolutely delivers as well as Stephen Crane (v). Great record! Learn More
  6. CRIME - Master Of Illusion

    CRIME - Master Of Illusion

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

CRIME from Southern Germany emerged from an experience AC/DC cover band and showcase a great singer. Francis Soto (IVORY TOWER, SUBWAY) knows what he is doing. Hard rock meets heavy metal here, framed by a crispy voice and cool melodies for the most part. Let alone the powerful “From My Mind“ shine. “Master Of Illusion“, after two albums in the early nineties, is more than just a hidden gem. Check them out! Learn More
  7. DECOY - Without Warning

    DECOY - Without Warning

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Swedish singer Peter Sundell (v, C.O.P., Ex-GRAND ILLUSION) and Danish guitarist and songwriter Torben Enevoldsen (FATE, ACACIA AVENUE) with a new DECOY album. Like expected because of the given personal, “Without Warning“ offers good melodic rock songs without any fillers. Tracks like “Fire’s Gone“ or “Never Easy“ are slightly reminiscent of bands like SHY, TNT or even RETURN. The rockers from up north know how to do it! Learn More
  8. DIRTY WHITE BOY - Bad Reputation +1 (digitally remastered)

DIRTY WHITE BOY - Bad Reputation +1 (digitally remastered)

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Sadly Dirty White Boy only ever did this one album (1990) but boy is it a corker! Formed around ex-Guffria vocalist David Glenn Eisley and former David Bowie guitarist Earl Slick they rocked big time with plenty of slide guitar courtesy of Earl Slick. Eisley’s vocals are suitably gruff for this lean and dirty rock ‘n’ roll – ‘Lazy Crazy’ being a prime example. ‘Let’s Spend Momma’s Money’ is a real rock ‘n’ roll stomper with a nice honky-tonk piano riff going on in the background. They came out just as hair / glam metal was peaking and bands like Guns ‘N’ Roses were the big thing in rock music, the perfect market for this album. Perfert fodder if you're into Tesla, Company Of Wolves or Cinderella. Bad Reputation re-issue, digitally remastered. Learn More
  9. EDGE OF THE BLADE - Distant Shores

EDGE OF THE BLADE - Distant Shores

    €5.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

EDGE OF THE BLADE around frontmann John Francis (AFTER HOURS) totally delivers here. “Distant Shores“ is British melodic rock with a certain amount of hard rock of the finest sort (“Feel The Fire“ or “Wait Forever") which means great songwriting and a powerful production which lets the songs breathe and which is almost reminiscent of a decent classic live sound. But also classic AOR in the vein of the masters of JOURNEY or STARSHIP can be found on this third record of the band (“Love Me Again“). Alan Kelly (ex SHY) on drums. “Distant Shores“ is pretty suitable also for fans of HEAVY PETTIN’, THUNDER or TRISHULA. Learn More
  10. ENEMY EYES - History’s Hand

    ENEMY EYES - History’s Hand

    €17.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Behind ENEMY EYES you find vocalist Johnny Gioeli (AXEL RUDI PELL) and keyboardist Alessandro Del Vecchio (EDGE OF FOREVER, REVOLUTION SAINTS) who both are an integral part of HARDLINE these days. That’s why it’s questionable to start yet another project but it’s definitely a good one. Lots of hard rock, more metal and rather contemporary but constantly melodic and versatile sounds are to be discovered here. Learn More
