The second album of the Swedish outfit is a high flyer by all means. “A New Dawn“ is finest melodic rock/ AOR showcasing superb songwriting, a very powerful production and with Lars Nygren a frontman with an amazing range who made remarkable steps forward compared to the 2017 debut “In The Heat Of The Night“ which was a great album, too, to get it straight. 3. AIRBOURNE - Boneshaker +2 (ltd. edition digi pack)

AIRBOURNE - Boneshaker +2 (ltd. edition digi pack)

    €16.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

AC/DC clone, which is all but negative here, that simply grabs you by the balls. After some rather quiet years, the Australians return with “Boneshaker“. Dry, irresistible hard rock which pretty much captures the live atmosphere and energy of the band like no other studio effort before. Well, of course, expecting new sounds is definitely not appropriate here but that’s probably something which fans of the Australians and their obvious idols look forward to least in AIRBOURNE. ANGELICA - Angelica (digitally remastered)

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Digital remastert. Learn More
  7. ANGELICA - The Demo Sessions (digitally remastered)

ANGELICA - The Demo Sessions (digitally remastered)

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

The Demo Sessions is the original demo recordings with Andy Lyon, the original lead singer of Angelica. These 9 songs were recorded before Dennis Cameron landed his 5 album record deal with Intense Records. The first 5 Songs (Demo One) were presented to the label. The last 4 (Demo Two) was their second demo that the label requested, giving them enough for a full album. The songs here are in the same order as found on the two original demo cassette tapes. Angelica’s debut album was recorded with the vocals of Rob Rock (Joshua, Impellitteri), however this is the demo contains Andy Lyon, the original lead singer. These 9 songs were recorded before they landed their deal with Frontline records. Learn More
  8. ANGELICA - Walkin' In Faith (digitally remastered)

ANGELICA - Walkin' In Faith (digitally remastered)

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

"Walkin in Faith" (1990) is very similar in style to Angelica's debut, although I would say the debut is slightly heavier. Guitar shredder Dennis Cameron's chops are still outstanding. The biggest difference between this album and the debut is that the signature vocals of Rob Rock are absent. Instead Jerome Mazza, who is a competent vocalist with a high pitched smooth voice, takes over vocal duties. The title track is simply one of the best songs the band has ever written and also the remaining tracks saw Angelica heading into a slightly more polished melodic rock sound, somewhere between TNT's "Intuition", Winger and this type of stuff. Digitally remastered re-issue. Learn More
  9. AOR - Heavenly Demos

    AOR - Heavenly Demos

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

As the album title states, these are songs pre-production demos of tracks already known but featuring different vocalists, mix, and some of them are unreleased. Curiously, some of these demo versions are better than the ones finally appeared on the different AOR official releases. Learn More
  10. ARCANA KINGS - Lions As Ravens (digi pack)

ARCANA KINGS - Lions As Ravens (digi pack)

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Canadian act ARCANA KINGS mixes up influences from AC/DC to FOO FIGHTERS as well as BIG COUNTRY to THE CLASH spiced with a bagpipe here and there. A cool track like “Friend Of Mine“ or the initially quiet and somehow awkward “Headful Of Devil“ with a good portion of MIDNIGHT OIL. Stadium rock in a different way, but certainly not a mainstream release! They did a really good job on the SLADE cover “Run Away“. Learn More
