  1. BITE THE BULLET - Black & White

BITE THE BULLET - Black & White

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Strong brand new material in the vein of MR.MISTER, FOREIGNER and ASIA. The second album (!) after the 1986 debut, which was just re-released one year ago. It picks up the original sound of BITE THE BULLET and offers highlights like “Rocks To Stones“, “Starlight“ or “You Never Knew“ among many others. It’s pretty cool when music is able to create the impression that time stands still. Learn More
  2. BLACK PAISLEY - Rambler

    BLACK PAISLEY - Rambler

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Formed some six years ago, Sweden's Black Paisley have offered fans two exceptional and well received studio albums, 2017's "Late Bloomer" and 2018's "Perennials", yet with each album having slight personnel shifts. The band's latest and third album, "Rambler", finds Black Paisley Mk III returning to its roots with vocalist Stefan Blomqvist and bass player Jan Emanuelsson reuniting with original drummer Robert Karaszi. What hasn't changed with Black Paisley is their solemn commitment to classic rock, that is, melodic hard rock in a fine AOR wrapper. Like the two previous albums, every song within "Rambler" is spot on, not a single runt in the litter. Easily recommended ! Learn More
  3. BOLDMAN, LOYD - Sleep Without Dreams (digitally remastered)

BOLDMAN, LOYD - Sleep Without Dreams (digitally remastered)

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

The late Loyd Boldman is perhaps best known as being the keyboard player and singer with US Christian rockers Prodigal who, back in their '80s heyday, had radio success with songs like "Invisible Man", "Emerald City" and "Scene Of The Crime". In 1985, the group went their separate ways after releasing three albums and Boldman set about writing and recording a solo project that would see the light of day three years later. Boldman's decision to release it on his own independent label in cassette-only format meant that it's become something of a hidden gem for many CCM fans. Music wise a great mix of melodic- and classic rock with a good dose of singer / songwriter stuff in the vein of Tom Petty. Digitally remastered. Learn More
  4. BONFIRE - Roots (2 CDs)

    BONFIRE - Roots (2 CDs)

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

An (almost) acoustic record with the biggest hits certainly is not a stunning idea in the first place but here it’s pretty good - it’s as simple as that. BONFIRE, despite the line-up changes and partly irritating behavior recently, are still a great band which is showcased by “Roots“ easily. Vocalist Alexx Stahl doesn’t have to hide from his predecessor. The new interpretations of “You Make Me Feel“, “American Nights“ or “Ready 4 The Action“ are a living proof. Learn More
  5. CHRISTIAN, CHRIS - Chris Christian +6 (digitally remastered)

CHRISTIAN, CHRIS - Chris Christian +6 (digitally remastered)

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Chris Christian began his professional music career as a performer in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1974. Through the years, he has been a performer, songwriter, publishing company executive, recording engineer, record producer, record label executive, and, ultimately, the founder and chief executive officer of his own music production and publishing companies. Signed to Boardwalk Records, this selftitled album from 1981 contains the hit "I Want You, I Need You" and contributions from Christopher Cross, Frankie Vallie, Dann Huff, Tommy Funderburk, Bill Champlin, Paul Jackson, Amy Holland, and Robbie Patton. Released only on CD in 1998 in Japan this a must have for every west coast AOR lover. Learn More
  6. CORPORATE CONTROL - Whatever It Takes

CORPORATE CONTROL - Whatever It Takes

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

CORPORATE CONTROL is classic hard rock with Paul Sabu (ONLY CHILD) on vocals. The project led by German allrounder Marcus Boeltz deliver their debut and offer cool songwriting and great musicianship. If you are into the likes of UFO, URIAH HEEP or even SILENT RAGE, CORPORATE CONTROL is what you need. “Radio“ is an absolute highlight giving you shivers all over and so is “Leaving It Behind“ or „Can’t Kill A Dead Man". Just a pity that Paul Sabu's vocals are sometimes a bit painful. Learn More
  7. CREYE - II

    CREYE - II

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Young Swedish outfit CREYE was able to stir up the AOR world with their magnificent debut in 2018. And also, the sophomore album “II“ is superb AOR although on a couple of songs the Swedes push the boundaries a bit (“Siberia“). Ear candy like “Face To Face“, “Find A Reason“ or “Broken Highway“ are unrivaled. Essential stuff for fans digging ONE DESIRE, WORK OF ARRT, ART NATION or (early) H.E.A.T.! So that’s how you do AOR in 2021! Learn More
  8. CRYSTALLION - Heads Or Tails

    CRYSTALLION - Heads Or Tails

    €15.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Power metal with female vocals? Well, CRYSTALLION are an option then. You get a slightly rough and somehow cragged production which nevertheless fits the song material pretty well. Female vocalist Kristina Berchtold, who followed former vocalist Thomas Strübler after fifteen years, might probably divide. But if you are into slightly unpolished heavy metal, just give “Heads Or Tails“ a spin. Learn More
  9. DIVA, JOHN & THE ROCKET OF LOVE - American Amadeus (digi pack)

DIVA, JOHN & THE ROCKET OF LOVE - American Amadeus (digi pack)

    €16.00
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

“American Amadeus“ is finest eighties hard rock and sleaze. This band from Hagen/Germany is simply fun. To cut it short: They are better musically and lyrically way less provocative than STEEL PANTHER. The secret hit is “Weekend For Livetime“. Fans of POISON and MÖTLEY CRÜE will be delighted for sure. Well-produced and powerful sounding, American Amadeus“, the second effort of the band, is really killing. Learn More
  10. DURBIN - The Beast Awakens

    DURBIN - The Beast Awakens

    €15.50
    Incl. VAT, Excl. shipping

Heavy metal with more IRON MAIDEN and JUDAS PRIEST elements than neccessary. DURBIN from America lack individuality for the most part. Mainman and vocalist James Durbin can surely sing but at the end of the day, the questions of where to go comes up. The beast should have rested a bit more probably. Even guest appearances of e.g. Chris Jericho (v) don’t make a huge difference here. Dear friends in Frontiers Records, sometimes less is more. Learn More
