Quick Overview

WIKKID STARR was originally formed in 2007 by veteran Hollywood vocalist Toney Richards and guitarist Ashlyn Childs but did not launch until 2015. The band has gone through several line-up changes but through it all, they have managed to attain some international success having played in South America in 2015 and releasing their debut album „Sudden Impact“ last year. The follow up „Return To Glory“ is another winner for hair metal / sleaze rock lovers into Poison, L.A. Guns & cohorts. Simple, riff-loaded, loose energetic rock and roll stuffed with dirty guitars, thumping low end, and raw vocals ranting on about sex, fun, rock and roll, and yeah, even a few of the serious things everyone likes to vent about from time to time.
